Alicia LOVES to ride her bike, but I think she's going to be 12 before she lets us take off her training wheels! This shouldn't surprise us since she's always been very cautious and I wouldn't choose the word "adventurous" to describe her. Her little legs are finally strong enough now that we can go for long walks as a family and she'll ride her bike the whole way.On another note, she just graduated from "Cubbies" (a 2 yr program where you can earn patches for your vest after memorizing Bible verses). She memorized every verse for 2 years...and we couldn't be prouder. Next year she'll start "Sparks" which is the same type of program - just for older kids. Nick will start Cubbies next year - and he's excited to be more like Alicia!
